Provision of Services - Investigation (GST Exclusive)
Solicitors Litigation Service costs are charged in fifteen minute blocks at the following rates:
Investigation: $160 per hour
Travel: $100 per hour and $1 per kilometre
Disbursement: Cost +10%
Solicitors Litigation Service is prepared to provide services on a “No Win No Pay” basis in personal injury, motor vehicle accident, workers compensation and “Forgotten Australians” matters as long as the Stature of Limitations has not expired(exceptions may be made in certain circumstances), there is evidence to support the claim and the Defendant is either an insurance company or is indemnified by an insurance company. Solicitors Litigation Service will not pay for disbursements or the day to day running costs of the matter.
Provision of Services - Location (GST Exclusive)
Solicitors Litigation Service charges between $500 and $1,000 for a Trace Report.
Invoicing
Solicitors Litigation Service will provide a detailed invoice a the conclusion of the matter. Interest will accrue on the balance payable after 28 days from the date of settlement at a rate of 24% per annum accrued on a monthly basis.
Retainer
In most matters, Solicitors Litigation Service will require a retainer of $250 in advance for disbursements. This retainer minus the costs of disbursements is debited from the final invoice.
