Solicitors Litigation Service will provide a Trace Report, whether successful or not, that can be tendered in evidence during a Court hearing.
There are two types of Trace Report - the Basic Trace Report, which costs $550 inclusive of GST, or the Enhanced Trace Report, which costs $1,100 inclusive of GST.
Basic Trace Report
The Basic Trace Report contains ten fields - summary; commercial on-line database searches; Electoral Roll searches; telephone and email searches; company officer and shareholder searches; business name searches; Australian Business Number searches; property ownership searches; social media (basic) searches; and death notice searches.
Enhanced Trace Report
In addition to the Basic Trace Report, the Enhanced Trace Report contains extensive social media searches; general investigation; internet searches; tenancy database searches; historical electoral roll searches; and media searches.
